The TBA 8 is one of the most reliable Tetra Pak machines around. The TBA 8 shown here is set up for filling liquid food products in the volume of one litre slim. The machine is from the development stage V 100. With a capacity of 6000 packages per hour, it corresponds to the standard speed of a TBA 8. The filling machine will be overhauled by us in our own workshop in Germany. In the course of the work, many wearing parts are replaced and all electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems are checked. After the replacement of parts has been completed, we start with extensive tests to check the flawless production of the machine. For this purpose, the machine is fully connected and we produce sample packs filled with water during the final adjustments. This allows us to adjust the last fine details as accurately as possible.
